How do I receive 10 cents off per gallon?

How do you sign up for Coen Pay?

Do you have to download the app?

  • The app must be used to enroll in Club Coen: https://vimeo.com/545095142/a5917b45a7.  Currently we do not have a loyalty option for guests that do not have a smart phone.  Guests will need to initially enroll on a smart device using the Coen app, but will be able to use your phone number (Alt ID) at checkout to receive Club Coen deals and fuel pricing.   To manage your account  and add earned rewards to your basket, these guests will need access to a smart device with the Coen App.
  • To make purchases, receive reward points, get deals, and redeem rewards, guests can scan the barcode on the app, or enter your phone number (Alt ID) on the pin pad.

What do I have to do to get the deal prices??

Deal pricing is applied when the item(s) for the deal are purchased and the Club Coen mobile app is scanned, or the your phone number (Alt ID) is entered. Deal pricing only applies to the specific item(s) identified by the deal.  Check the More Info and Fine Print sections within the app or website.

How do you redeem rewards?

To redeem a reward, the reward must be added to your rewards wallet.  To do this:

  • Select TAP TO REDEEM YOUR REWARDS
  • Select View Rewards
  • Scroll through rewards by swiping left. Identify the reward you wish to add to your rewards wallet.   Select Select this Reward
  • Only those with blue Select This Reward options are available.  Availability is based upon amount of reward points on the account.
  • The reward will be applied at the time of purchase when the Club Coen mobile app is scanned or the Alt ID is entered.

Can rewards be redeemed for cash?

Rewards are redeemable on in store and fuel purchases.  Rewards cannot be redeemed for actual cash, only Coen Cash, which must be spent in store at a Coen location.   

Do points expire?

Points do not expire if you are actively using your Club Coen account.

Do rewards expire?

Rewards expire one month (30 days) from adding the reward to your reward wallet. Rewards can’t be swapped for another reward or exchanged back as points.

What if I only want to use some of my rewards towards my order?

All in store deals, Club Coen deals, manufacturer coupons, and rewards in the your rewards wallet are automatically applied to eligible products at the time of purchase.  There is no option to use partial rewards. Once rewards are  added to the rewards wallet, they are automatically redeemed when the item is purchased.  Rewards can’t be swapped for another reward or exchanged back as points.

What if I scan my app or put in my Alt ID and my reward points don’t show up on my receipt? How do I get my points?

You can receive your reward points by emailing clubcoen@coen1923.com. In your email include a picture of the receipt, your name, and the phone number associated with your Club Coen loyalty account.

What if I forget to scan my app or put in my Alt ID? Can I still get my points?

What if I don’t receive the deal advertised?

This cannot be resolved at the Coen site.  Email clubcoen@coen1923.com. In your email include a picture of the  receipt, your name, and the phone number associated with your Club Coen loyalty account.

What if i have technical difficulties with my Club Coen app?

What if I get an error message that says there is already an account associated with my email address?

Some of our competitors use the same vendor we do for our loyalty program.  If you’ve enrolled in a rewards program with one of our competitors, such as Giant Eagle or Circle K, they’re likely to receive this message. You can  call 833-217-8788, and select option 1 to link your Club Coen account to your email address.

What if I lost my Coen Pay card?

If a card is lost, it should be deactivated.  This can be done through https://secure.paymentcard.com/secure/userlogin.php, or by calling Customer Service 1-877-403-2222, and  selecting  option 1
